Annecy Pêche Rôtie

  • Ingredients
  • Fresh peaches in slices
  • Gelée au citron, or clear jam or jelly.
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary, finely chopped
  • Fresh lemon zest
  • 1 tbs honey
  • Ice cream, preferably Vanille or Citron Vert
  • Can replace the herbs with lavender flowers, violet, or use them all together as well.

Method

    Roast the peaches in a non-stick skillet.
    In a bowl, mix well with a spatula, the jam or jelly with the chopped thyme, lemon zest and honey.
  • Serve the peaches warm or lukewarm with the jam mixture, and a scoop of ice cream on the side sprinkled with rosemary/thyme/lavender or violet flowers.
