Annecy Pêche Rôtie
- Fresh peaches in slices
- Gelée au citron, or clear jam or jelly.
- Fresh thyme or rosemary, finely chopped
- Fresh lemon zest
- 1 tbs honey
- Ice cream, preferably Vanille or Citron Vert
Can replace the herbs with lavender flowers, violet, or use them all together as well.
Method
- Serve the peaches warm or lukewarm with the jam mixture, and a scoop of ice cream on the side sprinkled with rosemary/thyme/lavender or violet flowers.
Roast the peaches in a non-stick skillet.
In a bowl, mix well with a spatula, the jam or jelly with the chopped thyme, lemon zest and honey.
