Steina’s Chocolate Cake with Coconut Frosting
- Cake
- 500 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 450 g flour
- 3 tbs cacao
- 4 dl milk
- 4 tap baking powder
- 3 tsp vanilla sugar
- 300 g melted butter
- Frosting
- 200 g melted butter
- 100 g coconut
- 2.5 tbs cacao
- 375 g confectioners sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla sugar
Method
Mix ingredients together and bake at 190 degrees for 20-30 minutes at the bottom of the oven in a big oven tray.
Add frosting when cooled.
