Chou
- 80 g butter
- 2 dl water
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- Sprinkle with sugar
Method
Turn on the oven at set it to 200 degrees.
Add water and butter to a pan and let it boil. Add flour and stir it with a spoon. Remove the pan from the stove and stir till the dough doesn’t stick to the pan anymore. Cool for a while.
Once cooler add the eggs one by one beating with an electric beater. Once done and you have an even consistency add the dough to a pastry bag and make small balls on a baking tray. Evenly spaced and with enough room to grow.
Sprinkle with sugar pieces.
Bake for 20-30 minutes. Make sure not to open the oven the first 15 minutes.
