Dole Whip
- 1 big scoop of vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) of pineapple juice
- 2 cups of frozen pineapple
Method
Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture is totally smooth. If you want to be totally authentic to the Disney style, you’ll squeeze it out of a pastry bag into a swirl (though you can also just spoon it into a bowl and go if you’re all about the taste, not the aesthetic). So easy, right?
