Helga’s Vanillekranse
- 175 g margarine
- 175 g flour
- 60 g potato flour
- 125 g sugar
- 65 g almonds
- 1/2 vanilla pod
- 1/2 egg
Method
Cut the margarine into small pieces and add to the flour. Add sugar, chopped almonds and vanilla. Knead the egg into the dough and let sit in a cold place for a few hours.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 7 minutes.
