Hummus
- 50 g tahini
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 2 tbs water
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 200 g chickpeas, peeled
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 40 g rucola
- 2 spring onions
- 2 japaleno slices
- 1 tbs sesame seeds
- 1 tsp sea salt
Method
Start by peeling the chickpeas. One can makes about 200 g peeled chickpeas. Put aside.
Add the tahini, lemon juice and water to the food processor. Blend till white and smooth. Add oil and blend again.
Add the remaining ingredients and blend till smooth. Add water to reach the desired texture.
Serve in a bowl with sesame seeds and sea salt on top.
