Lagkagebunde
- 6 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 140 g four
- Vanilla
Method
Whip the eggs till they are fluffy. Fold the flour gently into the mix.
Spread on a baking sheet in 0.5 to 1 cm thickness without squeezing out the air in the mixture.
Bake at 175 degrees till golden. About 5-6 minutes.
Let cool before removing the paper.
Makes about 4 lagkagebunde.
