Light and Airy Fudge Frosting
  • Ingredients
  • 340 chocolate
  • 1 can (11.25 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Method

    1. Place the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk in a microwave safe bowl.
    2. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave again for 30 seconds.
    3. Stir until all the chocolate is melted.
    4. Cover and place in the fridge for about 2 hours.
    5. Scoop the hardened mixture into a large mixing bowl.
    6. Beat on high for at least 5 minutes. Scrape the sides of the bowl several times.
    7. Continue whipping until the mixture becomes light and airy.
    8. Frost a cake, top a cupcake, spread on a graham cracker, or eat with a spoon.
