Madeleines
- 225 g flour
- 175 g sugar
- 100 g melted butter
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- Zest from 1 lemon
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
Heat oven to 240 degrees.
Whisk eggs and sugar together.
Add flour and a pinch of salt.
Add melted butter. Add lemon zest.
Bake for 3 minutes. Then turn down to 180 degrees and continue baking for another 12 minutes.
