1-Hour Last Minute Pizza Dough
- • 625 g flour
- • 450 g water
- • 40 g olive oil
- • 2 tsp salt
- • 1 tbsp vinegar
- • 12 g yeast
Method
1. Dissolve the yeast:
• Mix the yeast with 150 g of the water.
2. Heat the remaining water:
• Bring the remaining 300 g water to a boil.
3. Combine ingredients:
• Pour the hot water into your mixing bowl (or stand mixer bowl).
• Add the remaining ingredients (flour, oil, salt, vinegar).
• Add the yeast mixture last.
4. Knead the dough:
• Knead for about 10 minutes. A stand mixer works well for this.
5. First rise:
• Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
6. Divide and shape:
• Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
• Shape each portion into a ball.
7. Second rise:
• Let the dough balls rise for another 30 minutes or more.
