Fluffy Orange Pancakes
- 225 g flour
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2.5 dl milk
- 1 dl orange juice with pulp
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Zest from one orange
- 1 egg
- 50 g butter
Method
Mix ingredients. Use orange juice with pulp or freshly squeezed juice.
