Karin’s Blomkålsfrikadeller
- 1 shredded head of cauliflower
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 100 g milk or cream
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbs flour
- Bread crumbs for frying
Method
Mix the shredded cauliflower with the onion and eggs, add some cream and flower till you have the right consistency. Finish with salt and pepper to taste.
Dip scoops of batter in bread crumbs and onto a pan and fry till golden.
Ready to serve.
