Klatkage Waffles
- 2 dl rice pudding
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 dl flour
Method
A Danish classic. Klatkager – but made into waffles. You take the leftover rice pudding – risengrød – and mix with the ingredients. First beat and set aside the egg whites. Them mix the other ingredients, delicately adding the egg whites at the end. Bake in the waffle iron.
