Norwegian Coffee Time Tart
- 50 g butter
- 185 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 120 ml milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Method
Frosting
Boil together:
115 g light brown sugar (lys farin or Saveur Vergeoise Blonde Nature)
60 g sugar
40 ml water
2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Add the sugar mass to the egg whites and whip till cold.
