Pizza Dough – Overnight
- 10 g yeast
- 490 g water
- 625 g flour
- 1/2 dl oil
- 2 tsp salt
Method
The night before:
Dissolve yeast in the water and add the remaining ingredients. Mix together swiftly.
Let rise over night – 8-12 hours.
The following morning:
Fold the dough down and put in the fridge.
Two hours before cooking:
On the table cut the dough into 4 pieces. Fold each piece into itself several times.
Let them rise for 2 hours.
One hour before cooking:
Turn on the oven at 250 degrees.
Time to cook the pizza:
Shape the pizza and bake on a pizza stone at 250 degrees for 11-15 minutes.
