Pizza Dough with Semolina
- 5 g yeast (optional)
- 1 dl sourdough
- 2 dl water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200 g flour 00
- 100 g coarse semolina
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 topped tbs salt
Method
Mix water, yeast and sourdough with the sugar. Add half the flour and the semolina. Mix until there are no more lumps. Add salt and oil, and mix in the rest of the flour. Let it mix in the mixer for about 15 minutes till it is a smooth ball.
Let sit over night on the counter.
