Risengrød
- 200 g water
- 180 g short-grained white rice pudding rice
- 1000 g milk (1 liter)
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
Pour the water and the rice in a large pot. Add salt, heat it up and let it boil for about 2-3 minutes.
Pour the milk into the sauce pan and let it boil while stirring.
Let the rice boil lightly/simmer for about 60-75 minutes under a lid. Remember to stir regularly so that the rice does not burn to the bottom of the pot.
Served with cinnamon sugar and butter.
1 serving of uncooked rice is about 90 grams. This recipe is for two servings.
