Steina’s Pear Tart

  • Ingredients
  • 50 g chocolate
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 4 tbs confectioner's sugar
  • 250 ml whipping cream
  • 1 large can on pears

Method

    Melt the chocolate.
    Beat together egg and sugar.
    Mix into the luke warm chocolate.
    Whip the cream and fold into the chocolate mixture.
    Add onto a sponge tart.
