Steina’s Pear Tart
- 50 g chocolate
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 tbs confectioner's sugar
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 1 large can on pears
Method
Melt the chocolate.
Beat together egg and sugar.
Mix into the luke warm chocolate.
Whip the cream and fold into the chocolate mixture.
Add onto a sponge tart.
