Toblerone Cookies
- 75g butter
- 75g sugar
- 75g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 175g flour
- 1 tsp bakingpowder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 100g TOBLERONE, roughly chopped
Method
Heat oven to 180ºC.
Cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy, then beat in the egg.
Fold in the flour and Toblerone pieces. Scoop out with an ice cream scoop on the baking sheets, allowing room for them to spread. I do 6 on each, making a total of 12 large cookies.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool on the baking sheets for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wirerack to finish cooling. The cookies can be eaten warm or cold.
