Buttermilk Bread
- 175 g water
- 25 g yeast
- 75 g orange juice
- 175 g buttermilk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil
- 50 g seeds
- 600 g flour
Method
Mix warm water with orange juice and buttermilk and dissolve the yeast therein. Add the remaining ingredients.
Let rise for 30 min. Bake immediately after.
30-35 min at 175 degrees.
