Carrot & Sunflower Buns
Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Add the egg, sugar, oile and durum and mix. Add 2 dl flour, salt, carrot and sunflower seeds. Mix in the rest of the flour. The dough should be sticky.
Let rise for 30 min.
Shape the buns, about 12 of them, give them an egg wash and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Put a cup of water in the oven when turning on the oven.
