Fluffy Buns
- 300 g warm water
- 50 g yeast
- 35 g melted butter
- 20 g oil
- 1 tbs sugar
- 130 g durum
- 460 g flour
- 2 tsp sea salt
Method
Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the sugar, oil and durum and mix. Add the flour and graham flour, and salt. The dough should firm and smooth.
Let rise for 30 min.
Shape the buns, about 18 of them at around 50 g each.
Let rise for 45 min.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Put a cup of water in the oven when turning on the oven.
