Katinka’s Æbleskiver
Whip the cream and add the two egg yolks, along with the lemon zest and sugar. Mix in the flour gently fold in the egg whites after. Bake in an æbleskive pan with butter.
- 5 dl cream, whipped
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- Lemon zest
- 2 tbs sugar
- 250 g flour
