Nadia’s Super Easy Buns
- 25 g yeast
- 600 g water
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tbs sugar
- 25 g olive oil
- 150 g oatmeal
- 600 g flour
- Optional:
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 50 g seeds
- 2 tbs greek yogurt
Method
Dissolve the yeast in the cold water.
Add salt, sugar and oil.
Min in the flour. The dough does not need a lot of mixing, just an even consistency. It will be sticky.
Let it rise over night covered in the fridge.
Next day:
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Put the dough on a floured surface, cut in to pieces, and place on baking pager on a tray.
Bake for about 20 minutes.
