Norwegian Cardamom Waffles
- 3.5 dl whole milk
- 3 dl buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 150 g melted butter
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 350 g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
Method
Add the eggs to a bowl with the whole milk and the buttermilk. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
Prepare the waffle iron. Cook till the waffles are golden.
