- 500 g wheat flour 550
- 350 ml water
- 4 g dry yeast or 8 g fresh yeast
- 12 g salt
- 8 g sugar
- Oil (Grease for bowl)
Method
For the bread dough, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon for so long.put the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and leave alone for 30 min. stretch and fold the dough once.
Cover the dough and ripen in the refrigerator for 10-14 hours let.
Carefully fold the pieces of dough on top of each other at the corners and place on a baking paper.Cover and let rise for 30 min.
Bake the rolls for about 20 minutes with plenty of steam.
