Pancake & Waffle Syrup
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Method
Put the brown sugar and water into a saucepot.
Bring to a boil and cook until the sugar has dissolved, about 1 minute.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the butter. Stir until melted. Stir in the vanilla.
