Focaccia
- 300 g water
- 25 g yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 200 g durum flour
- 250 g flour
- 1 tbs olive oil
Method
Dissolve the yeast and add the remaining ingredients. Knead the dough thoroughly. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
Add the dough to a greased tin. Spread the dough with your hands to cover the base of the tin. Poke the dough, creating cavities all over the surface. Sprinkle salt, rosemary and olive oil over it and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes at 225 degrees.
