Steina’s Boller
- 2.5 dl water or milk
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 50 g yeast
- 100 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 600 g flour
Method
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water or milk.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Let rise for 30 minutes.
Shape into 16 buns. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
Give them an egg or milk wash.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 14 minutes.
